The International Journal of Physical Education, Sports and Holistic Development (IJPESHD) is an open access, peer-reviewed journal that welcomes original manuscripts aligned with our author guidelines. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial evaluation by the editorial team to assess scientific quality, formatting compliance, and relevance to the journal’s interdisciplinary scope, with a particular focus on physical education, sports sciences, fitness, and holistic wellness practices.
Manuscripts deemed appropriate are then subjected to a double-blind peer review process, conducted by domain experts. All communication regarding submissions and editorial decisions is carried out via email.
Strict confidentiality is maintained throughout the review process to protect the identities of both authors and reviewers. Authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest at both the initial and final submission stages. Examples include receipt of consulting fees, affiliations with organizations mentioned in the manuscript, or financial interests that could be perceived to influence the research outcomes. Any such disclosures will be included in the published article, when applicable.
For studies involving human participants, animals, or interventions with potential environmental or ethical implications, authors must provide documentation of approval from an institutional ethics committee or review board, upon request from the editorial office.
Upon acceptance, authors must sign a copyright agreement granting the International Journal of Physical Education, Sports and Holistic Development the right of first publication and distribution through international repositories and academic databases. While the journal retains publishing rights, authors continue to hold copyright ownership of their work and will be duly credited for any reuse or reference of their material by the journal post-publication.
IJPESHD follows a continuous publication model, meaning that accepted articles are published immediately online to accelerate dissemination. All articles published within a calendar year are considered for indexing in global databases, including ISI (International Scientific Indexing) and other relevant repositories in physical education, health, and sports sciences.
All articles published in the journal are openly accessible to the global research community. Authors are not required to request additional permissions to reproduce or share their published work.
