Aims & Scope
The International Journal of Physical Education, Sports and Holistic Development (IJPESHD) aims to publish high-quality research articles, reviews, and case studies that advance the understanding and application of physical education, sports sciences, fitness, and holistic wellness. Our mission is to disseminate innovative findings that enhance physical performance, mental well-being, and lifelong health, while addressing global challenges related to inactivity, mental health, inclusivity, and community development.
We welcome submissions across a wide spectrum of topics, including but not limited to physical education methodologies, exercise physiology, sports training and coaching, kinesiology, health promotion, adapted physical activity, yoga and mindfulness, recreational therapy, and the integration of physical activity in holistic well-being. The journal provides a platform for educators, researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to share their work and engage in collaborative dialogue that supports sustainable development in health and education.
