Instructions to Author

The International Journal of Physical Education, Sports and Holistic Development is published monthly and follows a continuous publication model. Submissions are welcome from researchers worldwide in the fields of physical education, sports sciences, exercise physiology, health promotion, and holistic wellness. All submitted papers undergo initial screening by the Editorial Board, followed by a blinded peer-review process conducted by experts in the relevant domain. Authors are encouraged to review the journals editorial policies to gain a full understanding of the review and publication procedures. All accepted manuscripts are subject to editorial modifications to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to journal standards.

Authorship
All individuals listed as authors should meet the following authorship criteria. Authorship credit should be based on substantial contributions to:

  1. The conception and design of the study, or analysis and interpretation of the data.
  2. Drafting the manuscript or revising it critically for significant intellectual content.
  3. Final approval of the version to be published.

Submission of Manuscripts
Each submitted manuscript is reviewed initially by an editor and members of the Editorial Board or by qualified external reviewers. Decisions are made promptly to ensure rapid dissemination of research. Manuscripts can be submitted via the (Submit Manuscript) link or emailed to: physicaledu.research@gmail.com

Preparation of the Manuscript
Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English. Both British and American spellings are acceptable. Files must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx). Research papers must adhere to the following structure, based on the journals template:

  1. Title Page
  2. Abstract and Keywords
  3. Introduction
  4. Materials and Methods
  5. Results
  6. Discussion
  7. Conclusion
  8. Acknowledgement (if any)
  9. References

Title Page
The title page should include:

  1. A concise and informative title.
  2. Names of all authors (up to six), with one full forename and affiliation details (department, institution, city, postal code, country). Where multiple affiliations are present, use superscript numbers to associate authors with institutions.
  3. Name, full mailing address, contact number, and email ID of the corresponding author.
  4. A running title not exceeding 50 characters.

Abstract
The second page should contain an abstract not exceeding 250 words. For full-length research articles, the abstract should be structured under the following subheadings:

  1. Background
  2. Methods
  3. Results
  4. Conclusion

Keywords
Below the abstract, list 3 to 6 keywords in alphabetical order, separated by commas.

Introduction
Clearly outline the purpose of the study. Summarize the rationale and specify gaps or limitations in prior studies that justified the current research. Provide relevant references, avoiding an overly extensive literature review.

Materials and Methods
This section must clearly define the methodologies used. Provide sufficient detail to enable replication of the research. Include information on the study design, instruments, sampling, procedures, and statistical methods.

Results
Present the findings clearly and concisely. Mention the number of observations and statistical significance. Use tables and figures for better representation, and type their legends continuously within the document. Emphasize key findings while minimizing redundancy.

Discussion
Highlight new and significant aspects of the study, draw logical conclusions, and discuss their implications. Avoid repeating data from the Results section. Reflect on limitations and how the study relates to existing literature. Relate the discussion to the original objectives.

Conclusion
Summarize the studys findings with emphasis on novelty, key outcomes, and the significance of the research to the fields of physical education, sports, and wellness.

References should follow the format below:
