Consumer Behavior Analysis in the Age of E-Commerce: A Post-Pandemic Study
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic dramatically altered consumer behavior, especially in the realm of e-commerce. This paper analyzes shifts in consumer purchasing patterns, preferences, and trust factors in the post-pandemic digital market. With e-commerce adoption accelerating due to lockdowns and social distancing norms, consumers developed new habits around product selection, payment modes, brand loyalty, and digital literacy. Data were collected through surveys and digital tracking tools from 600 respondents. The findings suggest that while convenience and safety are primary drivers, factors like personalization, speed, and trust also play pivotal roles in the evolving e-commerce landscape.
